100 things to do this summer in Cleveland: The 2019 Hot List

Summer of 2019 is heating up! At least culturally. 

Several high profile events are on the calendar: the return of the Asian Lantern Festival at the Zoo; LaurelLive music fest; the 150th anniversary of Lake View Cemetery; Solstice at CMA; a whole week of events honoring the 50th anniversary of the Burning River -- and how far we’ve come since then.

These are just a few of the fests, street parties, concerts and movies heading to Cleveland. Read on for 100 activities through Labor Day that can make any Northeast Ohio summer complete.

Bob Manjura continues to do an outstanding job managing our recycling program, with impressive results year over year. Thanks to all NOSHOK employees for participating to make these results possible!

In 2018, NOSHOK recycled 1,500 more pounds of paper than the previous year. NOSHOK saved 327 trees,134,701 gallons of water, 58 cubic yards of landfill space, 38 barrels of oil, and 78,896 kilowatt hours of electricity by recycling paper, cardboard, plastic, bottles and cans.
